Lovely mildly sweet taste. This one can be sweeter if you add a 2nd clementine to the mix. I like clementine because they’re a bit less overwhelming in the citrus department than full on oranges but you can substitute if you’d like.
2 small/medium carrots
1 small cucumber (unpeeled, I used an English cucumber today…)
1 (or 2 depending on your taste) peeled Clementines
