Daily Juice: Going Green…

All Green

2 cups Kale

2 cups Spinach

1 cucumber

1 cup parsley

2 stalk celery

1 green apple

Don’t be afraid of the All Green! Now, I’m a bit of a wimp so I like to add one small green apple to the mix to balance out the kale. You can leave that out if you feel it’s too sweet. I find it just takes the edge off and you know, it’s ‘green’ ish…
